How are you/have you been involved with Casson & Friends? 

 I have been involved in a number of Casson & Friends projects such as Choreocracy and The Dance We Made. I have also had the pleasure of teaching a number of workshops/residencies and most recently the creator of #PhotoChoreo.

What do you love about dance? 

 It allows you a chance to express yourself in a variety of ways. It’s a way of connecting! 

What song always makes you dance? (We have a a Spotify playlist!) 

 Dogs Days are Over by Florence. I have used this song for many a warm up! But it just hits the spot!!!

What else are you working on at the moment? (Upcoming performances, exciting projects, holidays!) 

 I am doing a lot of work with my own inclusive youth company @thisisusdance and we are in the process of developing an inclusive dance book. I am also putting on events with a company I run with my partner @bravoproductions. It’s a busy but exciting time.
